- The Jamb mounted bottom offset pivot hinge is used for full size doors where it is not possible or desirable to mount the bottom pivot on the floor. The bottom pivot mounts to the door and jamb.
- Pivot set includes top pivot and bottom pivot. Made from solid brass.
- Pivoting mechanism and ball bearings are steel.
- For interior and exterior doors up to 4 ft wide and 8 ft tall.
- After installation the door may be vertically adjusted 3/16″.
- Doors will swing 180 degrees (trim permitting).
