6″ Friction Lid Support

• This product is for supporting drop lids on desks, cabinets, and boxes.
• It measures 6″ from tip to tip (not including mounting plate.)
• Brass Plated Steel.
• Replaces Stanley CD430 US3
• For 3-1/4″ or deeper chests
• Tension is adjustable to lid in any position.
• Handing is reversible.
• Set up from the factory with tension device for RH installation. Easily reversible by removing adjusting screw, washer and bracket. Reassemble in the same order from the other side of the arm (don’t worry, this is easy.)
• If lid is too heavy for one support, use an additional support.
• The mfg does not give a weight rating for this support.
